Boltight has been at the forefront of hydraulic bolt tensioning for over a decade. Our tensioning tools provide fast, accurate and safe solutions to tighten and loosen multiple bolts simultaneously.

Ultrasonic bolt load measurement

The Echometer range uses ultrasonics to measure the elongation, stress and load in fasteners. Offering quick and accurate measurements with readings displayed on easy to read screens.

The units work with most bolt tightening systems and are used to monitor the fastener during the tightening process to ensure accurate initial loading. The retained load in the fastener can then be monitored at any time.

The Echometer Premier is our premium product with enhanced features and software functionality, Echometer+ is a mid-range product which delivers more features and performance than the original handheld Echometer.

Testing & Certification

Boltight is LRQA certified for quality and environmental assurance to ISO 9001: 2015. All tools are assembled, filled with oil and pressure tested prior to despatch.
